Our Team
It must be divine guidance that has brought our team together. They are engaging professionals who share Dr. Whinery’s vision to maintaining and improving your quality of life.

Marilyn Stafford has kept the front desk running smoothly for 10 years. She is married, has 3 children, and 3 grandchildren.

Lisa has worked for Dr. Whinery since 2001. She stays busy caring for her daughter and son and going to classic car shows with her husband. Lisa considers herself very lucky because she gets to do what she loves for a living and work with a great group of people while doing it. When time allows, reading and gardening are her hobbies.

Nicole has been in dentistry for six years. Creating smiles is what she enjoys most, whether it’s the result of dentistry or simply a nice conversation. Outside the office, Nicole enjoys attending family activities and spending time at home with her husband and their two dogs.

Kendall attended Texas A&M University and completed her training in dental hygiene at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She enjoys developing relationships with her patients and educating them about dentistry. She feels blessed to be part of such an incredible and caring team that treats its patients with compassion and respect. Kendall also enjoys gardening, entertaining, church activities, and spending time with her husband Scott and their three boys.

Leslie has worked with Dr. Whinery as a chairside assistant and lab technician for two years. She enjoys her profession, her ability to help others improve their quality of life, to see the change visually, and experience it all with them. Leslie loves being a member of a great team that cares and is understanding with each patient. She feels very blessed to be a part of such a fantastic office.

Sheryl attended dental assisting school in college and believes life brought her full circle when she began assisting Dr. Whinery. Growing up she was embarrassed by crooked teeth, an imperfect smile, and cavities. Now she helps to change other’s lives through dental care, feels blessed to be doing what she loves, and is thankful for the opportunity to work with such a great dentist and dental team. Sheryl has lived in Arlington for two years with her husband, Mike, and two sons, Morgan, 19, and Dean, 17. She proudly considers her family to be number one in her life.
