Missions
In 1998 after a series of events that could only be orchestrated by God, Dr. Kevin Seidler and Mr. Bob Maribito formed Serving HIM Ministries. From one small dental mission trip to Braila, Romania from Dallas, Serving HIM now has 6 dental/medical mission trips to Braila and two to Guatemala with teams from around the United States. Moldova is on the horizon as a future destination. Serving HIM now has 6 dental/medical mission trips to Braila and two to Guatemala.
Through a series of God directed events I answered the call to join Serving HIM in 2005 in Romania. For the past 3 years God assembled a wonderful team from mostly Arlington/Mansfield for me to lead back to Braila. To say that my life has been wonderfully impacted would be an understatement. In endeavors such as this, you always get so much more out of it than you put in it, and I have been greatly blessed.
I have found the Romanians to be very sweet, very appreciative and well educated. Romania is in its infancy as a democracy and suffers material poverty as a result of generations subsisting under the weight of communism. Their spirit of hospitality is blossoming with the freedom and liberty God is providing through democracy. They have been great hosts and hostesses.Our primary mission is Christian evangelism and demonstrating God’s love by providing necessary dental care they may not otherwise receive.
